Fluid sampling is an essential activity with a view to controlling fluid contamination.

A small part of liquid is taken, compared to the volume of the fluid, however, it must be representative of the system’s level of contamination.

Push Button is a sampling valve that makes the fluid collection operation easier with the following advantages:

• Easy to install: ¼ GAS
• Fixed valve position in representative points, such as upstream of the filters, off-line circuits, pressurised lines, make sampling repeatable and clean, avoiding background noise (additional contamination) caused by haphazard sampling points
• No stagnation areas are created inside, hence there is no need for oil purge operations
• Easy and quick operation
• Sampling pressure: from 0.4 to 51.7 bar
• Maximum operating pressure: 414 bar
